John Bousfield

John Bousfield (53) has been involved in construction and property development for over 30 years. He has successfully managed major construction projects in both the private and public sector in Saudi Arabia , Germany and the UK .

In addition some years ago John established diving and water sport companies in Fethiye , Turkey which explains his familiarity and love for the area. He speaks German fluently.

Michael Booth

Michael Booth (47) is a successful entrepreneur with an extensive property development portfolio both in the UK and the far east. As a result of an intensive study to identify the best value for money property market in Europe, Michael is currently working on a variety of investments in Turkey .

In his spare time Michael is a keen runner and mountain biker, and has taken part in several International competitions. He also enjoys skiing, water skiing and sailing.

Shaun Teale

Shaun Teale (41) is a chartered accountant with extensive years corporate finance, legal and general management experience gained with large, global, both private and quoted companies.

Following a career with a major International Accountancy practice where Shaun was responsible for acquisitions and disposals of businesses and property in numerous countries including Russia , Romania , Latvia , Brazil and the UK , Shaun now heads-up the finance and compliance function at the British and Turkish Building Company.
