A. Apartment Spefication
  1. All materials used in the construction carry a Turkish Institute of Standards certificate.

  2. Air conditioning installation.

  3. Kitchen units are of MDF with moulded doors and under-unit lighting.

  4. Kitchen appliances include:

    1. stainless steel single sink & drainer, stainless steel hob and fitted oven, with matching stainless steel cooker hood.

    2. washer & dishwasher to be integrated within base unit;

    3. integrated fridge/freezer will be provided;

    4. worktops to be of 3cm marble.

  5. Solar energy unit with water tanks hidden in roof void and solar panels on the roof.

  6. Television installations to be collected on the roof in accordance with the central satellite system. The apartment will have 1 TV socket in the lounge & one in each of the bedrooms.

  7. Balustrades of all interior stairs will be made of aluminum pipe.

  8. Each room will have a telephone line socket.

  9. Terrace and balcony rails will be made of stainless pipe and laminate glass.

  10. All rooms, balconies and terraces will be laid with at least 30x30 ceramic tiles.

  11. Interior doors of the apartments will be American panel doors or equivalent. The door accessories will be of chrome or stainless effect.

  12. Bathrooms will be tiled, and will have chrome and tempered glass shower cubicles.

  13. WC cisterns will be built into the walls with push-button flush. WC pans and hand basins will all be wall mounted [ie without pedastels].

  14. Suspended ceilings will be provided in all bathrooms, passages and areas to living rooms, with downlighters in sleek, modern chrome or stainless finish and complete with dimmer-switches. Lighting points & sockets will also be provided on balconies and terraces.

  15. Windows & patio doors to be double glazed & of white PVC.

  16. The entrance door to each apartment will be made of steel.

B. Communal Areas Spefication

 

  1. Exterior walls of the building will be smooth-render finish and painted.

  2. The communal entrance hall, passages, stairs and landings will be made from top quality, beige marble.

  3. The communal entrance doors and surround to lift will be aluminum, with reflective glass inserts.

  4. Lift to all floors with disabled access. Reflective, tinted glass to be supplied and fixed to the lift facade and to the entrance doors and windows to the sides of the lift.

  5. The communal stairs of the apartments will be made of natural aluminum pipe and laminate glass;

  6. The entrance door of the car park and rails of the stairs in the garden will be made of wrought iron painted in black.

  7. The window ledges, banisters, and door thresholds will be beige marble.

  8. In the garden, there will be a communal barbeque, and separate adult and child swimming pools, both with integrated lighting, and water features.

  9. The area around the swimming pool will be covered with travertine tiles and rails made of stainless pipe will be provided between the adult and child swimming pools.

  10. The garden wall will be made of natural stone.

  11. The communal areas will all be lit.
